Established in 2008, Just Careers Training Pty Ltd (trading as Licences 4 Work) is a leading national RTO delivering high-quality, compliant, and industry-driven training across Australia. We help individuals and businesses achieve real outcomes through practical, nationally recognised courses that make a difference. We’re now seeking a National Quality and Compliance Manager to lead our compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement functions. Working with internal stakeholders, teams and directly managing a team (National Quality Team) of 5 staff and expanding, you will be ensuring the RTO maintains its great track record on compliance with the Standards as well as with other Regulators across the country. The NSC is there to support the 9 training centres across the country, employing more than 160 permanent staff, delivering short courses and full qualifications to tens of thousands of students and employers annually. This role is about quality , and this includes the quality of our services and the journey that our clients have with us, from marketing through to achieving their objectives. Quality at Just Careers Training also extends internally with this role ensuring quality processes and support mechanisms are available for all. The NQT undertakes all the functions required to ensure ongoing compliance as well as participate in scope application, internal and external quality audits, policy and procedures improvements and implementation, compliant management, marketing management, development of learning and assessment resources Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the NQT working within established systems, frameworks, and operational structures. Work with Senior Managers across the country in the implementation and improvement of quality processes and governance. Oversee student services, enrolments, and course delivery support with strong governance. Build and lead compliance, quality assurance, and audit frameworks (ASQA, ISO, Safety Regulators, funding). Lead and participate in new applications and tenders. Act as primary liaison for regulators, enterprise clients, and industry partners. Collaborate with leadership to deliver strategic growth, partnerships, and new service offerings. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years in senior RTO operations, compliance, or quality leadership roles. Proven track record in ASQA re‑registration, audits, and compliance frameworks. Proven track record in applications and tender submissions. Strong understanding of the VET Quality Framework, Standards for RTOs 2015 and the transition to the new Standards (2025), funding requirements. Demonstrated success participating in scaling training operations or leading organisational transformation. Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or successor). Postgraduate qualifications in education, compliance, governance, or business. Exposure to industrial/technical / Safety training.
