Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst you will be accountable for bridging the gap between the business and technology to support the delivery of tailored, fit for purpose solutions that meet the needs of the Business Lending Line of Business. You will work in a squad using Agile methodologies to ensure the right outcomes are achieved efficiently while applying the appropriate risk frameworks. What do I need? Extensive experience in Business Analysis in a project/delivery-oriented role, with experience eliciting, documenting, prioritising and tracing requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Demonstrated experience in Business Lending particularly with internal lending applications including TLA would be highly advantageous Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and Testers to deliver customer-focused solutions Document and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation Gather and analyse requirements using structured techniques to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with business goals Support delivery through detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and proactive issue and risk management Contribute to agile ways of working, partnering closely with your squad to plan, prioritise, and implement change effectively We’re obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
