Salesforce Project Lead | Salesforce, Agile Delivery, Vendor Management | Day rate contract | Brisbane | Hybrid (2 days onsite) | 6 month contract (extendable) | Must be Australian Citizen or PR Sirius Technology is working with a leading organisation that is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Lead to drive the delivery of their next-generation Salesforce programme. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an extendable 6‑month contract, ideal for a seasoned professional looking to shape and execute complex Salesforce initiatives across Core Salesforce Clouds with a strong focus on agile delivery. Responsibilities Manage and mentor the delivery team, organising work items and ensuring successful launch of the initial project phase. Own project scope, schedule, and budget, actively managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Manage vendors and third‑party suppliers, ensuring clear deliverables, licence alignment, and commercial accountability. Engage and influence stakeholders across business and technology, including executive leadership, through clear updates and decision‑making. Oversee initiatives across Core Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Cloud), providing guidance on configuration, integrations, and process optimisation. Define quality, release, and cutover processes, including testing, data migration, hyper‑care, and rollback planning. Skills Extensive experience in Salesforce, with strong knowledge of Core Salesforce Clouds. Proven track record in agile delivery, coaching teams, and managing sprints/releases. Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills. Experience in vendor management and commercial oversight. Expertise in project governance, risk management, and delivery excellence.
