Regional Sales Manager – Wangara, WA Workfast is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for our client based in Wangara, WA . Our client is a market leader in plastics manufacturing and infrastructure solutions. This position is responsible for driving profitability, leading operational performance, managing regional sales growth and ensuring high standards of compliance, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven commercial management experience within a manufacturing, industrial or similar environment. What You Get $170,000 - $190,000 Annual Salary Full-time permanent leadership role Lead a team across operations, sales, and administration Direct P&L responsibility, strategy development and commercial decision-making Opportunity to contribute to business growth and product development Career progression with a national organisation What You Need Australian Driver's License Relevant qualifications or substantial industry experience in manufacturing, industrial or infrastructure Previous experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance Strong leadership capability with proven team management experience Ability to plan, implement and review operational and commercial strategies Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills Strong working knowledge of safety, quality, risk and regulatory compliance High level computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel essential) What You'll Be Doing Lead and develop regional teams to achieve performance, safety and operational targets Manage full P&L responsibilities including budget achievement, margin improvement and cost control Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving new business and sales opportunities Oversee production planning, warehousing, inventory levels and distribution requirements Ensure compliance with WHS, QMS, environmental and regulatory requirements Monitor risk, investigate incidents and lead continuous improvement initiatives Drive product development initiatives, technical support and market growth strategies Report weekly and monthly on operational performance and sales outcomes Coordinate recruitment, performance management, training and development of staff About Us Workfast is a labour-hire company working with some of Australia's largest companies.
