Bellissimo Italian Conversationalist for Aged Care Resident Bethanie, WAs leading not for profit aged care and retirement living provider, has been warmly welcoming and caring for seniors for 70 years. We are seeking a volunteer to provide invaluable 1-1 social support to one of our lovely residents at Bethanie Gwelup, whilst conversing in Italian and helping the resident improve their English language skills. Visits can be spent doing something both you and the resident enjoy whether that be playing a game, listening to music, chatting, reminiscing or going for a walk. No special skills are needed except for a friendly and caring nature and good listening and communication skills. Our friendly team will be there to guide and support you. If you enjoy having a chat and have some time to share this role could be for you Express your interest today Category: Seniors & Aged Care Commitment: Regular - more than 6 months Type of Work: Companionship & Social Support, Seniors & Aged Care Time Required: Weekdays with flexibility to align with your availability and the resident.
