Five Star Scaffolding is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team in Sydney. As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the residential sector, you will work with scaffold crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for career progression within our growing company. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate a team of scaffold builders to meet project timelines and targets Ensure all scaffolding work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies Liaise with clients, site managers and other trades to coordinate scaffolding requirements Oversee the erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding structures Conduct site inspections and identify and resolve any safety or quality issues Maintain detailed records of scaffold inspections, modifications and dismantling Meeting weekly KPI's What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry Strong working knowledge of relevant scaffolding regulations, codes of practice and safety requirements Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plans and drawings Experience leading and motivating a team to achieve targets Current construction industry White Card and High‑Risk Work License Driver License What we offer At Five Star Scaffolding, we are committed to providing our employees with a safe, supportive and rewarding work environment.
