The Role: We are seeking a highly skilledBusiness Analystto support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within our IT and Business Transformation roadmap.This is a critical role that will drive business analysis excellence across multiple programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and enhanced client service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Leadrequirements elicitation, documentation, and validation across multiple projects Conductprocess analysis and mappingto identify gaps and improvement opportunities Facilitatestakeholder interviews and workshopsto align business and technical needs Draftbusiness cases, functional specifications, and test plans Supportsolution validation andvendor selection (RFP process) About You: You are a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with: Proven experience inregulatory compliance(AML or similar highly desirable) Strong background inworkflow automation,legal tech, ordocument generation platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and part of a dynamic project team manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in a law firm will be highly desirable Why Join Us?
