We are seeking a motivated and caring sales consultant to help prospective students take the next step in their education journey. About the role This part‑time role (approx. 15–25 hours per week) focuses on inbound and warm outbound sales to individuals interested in studying with Health & Harmony Colleges. You will speak with prospective students, understand their goals, guide them through course options and enrolment, and help them feel confident in their learning decisions. What you’ll do Respond to new student enquiries via phone, email and web forms. Conduct discovery calls to understand student interests and recommend suitable courses. Guide students through the enrolment process and payment options. Maintain follow‑up pipelines to convert warm leads. Work closely with the support team to deliver an exceptional student experience. Represent the Health & Harmony brand with empathy, encouragement and professionalism. About you Proven experience in sales, customer service or student recruitment. Confident speaking on the phone and building rapport quickly. Passionate about education, wellbeing or helping people grow. Self‑motivated and enjoy flexible, autonomous work.
