.**About the Role**We are seeking an Implementations Consultant who will be the main contact for our customers and partners during professional services projects. In this role, you will help manage customer projects from start to finish, working with colleagues across different teams. We welcome candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences who are eager to contribute and learn. **Responsibilities**Work with clients to deliver successful project implementations and upgrades by planning, prioritizing, and carrying out tasks. **Requirements**Experience supporting customer-facing projects in software, technology, or similar fields. We value transferable skills from any industry. Strong communication skills for working with people at all levels.Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals. Problem-solving skills and willingness to raise issues and help find solutions. Familiarity with agile project methods is helpful, but not required.Motivated and adaptable, with experience working in dynamic environments. **Additional Skills (Preferred, Not Required)**Experience with biometrics or identity verification technologies. Fintech industry experience. Analytical skills for documenting technical requirements.
