Count is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager, Investments to lead the rollout and integration of our investment solutions across our network of advice firms. With over $5 billion in funds under management and $40 billion in funds under advice, you’ll be working at scale to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. This role works directly with advisers and their teams to ensure new propositions are seamlessly incorporated into their practices, supported by training, tailored guidance, and ongoing collaboration. Key Responsibilities Firm Engagement & Solution Implementation Implement Count’s investment and advice propositions across firms Work closely with advisers to integrate solutions into their daily workflows and client conversations Tailor implementation approaches to firm‑specific needs Provide ongoing support to drive long‑term adoption Partner with advisers to gather practical, real‑world feedback Translate insights into improvements by working with internal teams Training & Facilitation Design and deliver training workshops and 1:1 sessions for advisers and staff Support PDMs with coaching and enablement Practice Development & Growth Initiatives Identify high‑potential firms in partnership with PDMs Develop targeted engagement strategies to drive uplift Contribute to new growth initiatives that boost proposition adoption Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work with Advice Technology and Professional Standards teams to ensure a seamless adviser and client experience Skills & Capabilities Strong relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders Excellent understanding of the financial planning process, products and regulatory environment Comfortable using advice technology, including Xplan Strong business acumen, high attention to detail and a proactive, growth mindset Ability to stay composed under pressure and resolve challenges pragmatically Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related discipline Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services, ideally within advice, investment management or asset consulting Demonstrated experience engaging and partnering with financial advisers If you're passionate about helping advice firms deliver better client outcomes and love driving adoption of investment solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
