About the role As our new Investment Systems Implementation Consultant, you'll be part of the Investment Services team, reporting to the Manager Investment Systems & Delivery. Your mission? To lead the delivery of a new suite of investment systems / modules for CareSuper, including OMS / PMS, Risk, Performance, and IBOR. This role will oversee end-to-end project execution – from vendor selection through to implementation and business adoption. Your responsibilities Manage and execute program delivery of investment system(s) implementation, integration and analytics for the investment programme, ensuring achievement of objectives, while assisting with management of cost, quality, risk, schedule, scope, and benefit parameters. Utilise strong project management skills and implementation experience of investment systems to contribute to decision‑making processes to deliver successful outcomes. Act as the program representative with external partners, liaising with the investment team and governance forums. Contribute to investment team members' training and engagement to optimise resource utilisation and use cases to build team's capabilities across CareSuper. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners, program sponsors, and vendors to deliver projects. Champion risk and issue management across the project. What we're looking for Proven experience in investment middle office or investment analytics teams, preferably within superannuation. Multi‑asset‑class experience, within an asset owner or manager or related field. Experience in implementation of investment analytics systems for a multi‑asset‑class investment programme. The ability to work collaboratively within project workstreams, engaging with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional soft skills, including pragmatism, influential communication, and adept consulting abilities. Bonus points if you've worked on and delivered part of or similar projects previously.
