Your role As Team Leader, Adult Services you will: Lead a team of Support Workers to provide high‑quality, safe services to vulnerable people in the community. Coach and mentor, providing on‑the‑job training and guidance. Inspire a skilled and diverse team, using your expertise to manage performance and provide support. Ensure effective service delivery by managing administrative processes, including accurate and timely reporting and record‑keeping. You will have Proven advanced problem‑solving, emotional intelligence and positive interaction skills across diverse communities. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and performance manage teams in a fast‑paced & dynamic environment. Effective conflict resolution, negotiation, mediation and decision‑making skills. Track record of building teams with clear goals, fostering innovation and collaboration. Commitment to a person‑centred approach for vulnerable individuals. Experience supporting complex needs, behaviours of concern and mental health is essential; working with people with a disability and/or children or youth in care experience is highly regarded. Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support (highly regarded but not essential). Availability to work between 6am‑10pm for at least 3 days per week.
