Invest in YOU: Grow with Westhaven’s Leadership and Development Training As Team Leader, Adult Services you will: Lead a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality, safe services to vulnerable people in the community Coach and mentor, providing on-the-job training and guidance Inspire a skilled and diverse team, using your expertise to manage performance and provide support Ensure effective service delivery by managing administrative processes, including accurate and timely reporting and record-keeping You will have: Proven advanced problem-solving, emotional intelligence and positive interaction skills across diverse communities Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and performance manage teams in a fast-paced & dynamic environment Effective conflict resolution, negotiation, mediation and decision-making skills Track record of building teams with clear goals, fostering innovation and collaboration Commitment to a person-centred approach for vulnerable individuals Experience supporting complex needs, behaviours of concern and mental health is essential; working with people with a disability and/or children or youth in care experience is highly regarded Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support (highly regarded but not essential) Availability to work between 6am-10pm for at least 3 days per week About Us: Westhaven is and will continue to be the provider of choice for disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW.
