Occupational Therapist New Graduate Program 2026 New Graduate 2026 Program Occupational Therapist Midland, Perth As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will undergo an industry leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community With a gradual ramp up period, we will help you transition from your studies, and apply those skills in a real world setting. About your new role: A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development. Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space. A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way Flexi- time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance. Quarterly alignment days- a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues. Teams with high levels of fun and culture.
