About Your New Role A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development. Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space. A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way Flexi‑time; work from home opportunities to allow for work‑life balance. Quarterly alignment days – a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues. Teams with high levels of fun and culture. Essential Qualifications And Experience Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Full Registration (or eligible on graduation). Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car. Unrestricted Australian work rights. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
