About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our team within the Allied Health Department. The successful candidate will work across our Inpatient Rehab Unit, Day Rehab Program and Royal Rehab LifeWorks service at Royal Rehab Private Petersham (RRPP). Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality OT interventions to patients across inpatient, day rehab and LifeWorks (outpatient and community) settings. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate OT interventions within a patient‑focused and goal‑centred framework. Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated service that meets patient needs. Provide cover to other units from time to time upon request. Essential Criteria Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration. Willingness to learn and engage in new graduate education and training programs. Placement experience in a hospital or rehabilitation environment (desirable). Placement experience working with neurological disorders, including stroke and Parkinson’s disease (desirable). Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Sound time‑management and organisational skills.
