What We Offer Full‑time and part‑time options to help you maintain a healthy work–life balance. Weekly 1:1 supervision plus group clinical supervision with senior clinicians. Graduate Program Officer (a recent grad) to guide you through your first 12 weeks. Structured caseload progression with intake and billing support to reduce administrative load. Professional development support including funding and access to leadership coaching. Flexible work options – clinic, community, or home‑based. What Your Week Looks Like A gentle start: Your first month is all about easing into practice, building confidence, and feeling supported. 12‑week graduate orientation: Shadow experienced clinicians, develop soft skills, and join tailored group supervision designed just for grads. Week 1: No KPIs or billables – focus entirely on observation, learning, and settling in. Capped caseload: Start with just 15 clients in your first month to keep things manageable. Ongoing support: Weekly check‑ins with your Graduate Program Officer, plus guidance from your Team Leader every step of the way. Smooth progression: Gradually increase your client load and billables, with dedicated intake and billing support to minimise admin stress. Billable Expectations Months 3–5: 4 hours per day Months 6–12: 5 hours per day What You’ll Bring Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) Registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle Ready to apply or learn more?
