About The Role As a new graduate Occupational Therapist , you will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, alongside experienced clinicians and administrative support. Delivering an engaging, evidence-based therapy under the NDIS and other funding models to support children and adults to achieve functional goals and improve independence, participation, and quality of life. A structured 3-month onboarding plan will guide you, including a gradual caseload build-up, weekly supervision , peer mentoring , clinical huddles, wraparound team support, practical tools, and ongoing professional development—helping you to grow step by step into a confident, capable therapist.
