New Graduates & Experienced Occupational Therapists Overview Pinarc Disability Support offers a unique opportunity where your skills can make a very real difference in the lives of people with disability. We have been operating for over 25 years, providing high-quality services to people with disabilities and their families. We provide support to over 1,000 Victorians with disability. We are seeking new graduates and experienced therapists for full-time or part-time roles at our Melton and Ballarat sites. Requirements Why is Pinarc such a great place to work? Support and supervision: Cohesive and supportive multidisciplinary team - learn from our team of speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, educational advisors, preschool field officers, kindergarten inclusion support coordinators and allied health assistants. Ongoing support, supervision and opportunities for professional development. Tailored & rewarding caseload with direct support from senior clinicians with decades of experience across a broad range of areas. Opportunities and support to develop skills to be part of our unique clinics including in feeding clinic, baby clinic, AAC clinic, and to pursue new and innovative ways of practice. Regular discipline-specific meetings to extend your professional learning and networking in a supportive environment. In-house professional development days with the whole team throughout the year in addition to 5 days professional development. Working with a talented multidisciplinary team to broaden your holistic approach when working with customers. Comprehensive training and onboarding. Scope to explore and develop your professional interests and skills. Generous orientation support period. Time to meet the team, shadow other therapists, attend internal professional development opportunities, settle into the culture of Pinarc and learn new processes while gradually building your caseload. About the role You will be responsible for providing evidence‑based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of highly trained and experienced Senior Clinicians and make a real difference in the lives of children and / or adults with developmental delay and / or disability. Key Duties and Responsibilities Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice. Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement. Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers. Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team. Actively participate in staff supervision process. For those with experience, the opportunity to support other staff. Participate in student placements. Be solution focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements.
