Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space. A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way Flexi- time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance. Quarterly alignment days- a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues. Teams with high levels of fun and culture.
