What We Offer Comprehensive Induction to help you settle in and build confidence in your role Weekly 1:1 supervision with experienced senior clinicians Interdisciplinary New Graduate Program featuring: Group supervision Practical workshops Clinical tutorials Peer learning opportunities A learning‑focused environment with access to ongoing professional development and CPD A collaborative multidisciplinary team where your voice and ideas are valued About the Role Conduct customer assessments and develop individualised intervention plans Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation needs Focus on customer goals and functional abilities to maximise independence and well‑being Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case conferences, and engage in professional development activities Help clients navigate changes in function and stay safe and independent at home Learn and contribute to innovative projects in technology‑enabled care Qualifications Recent graduate or soon‑to‑be graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology Current AHPRA registration (ESSA Accreditation for Exercise Physiology) Passion for enhancing the health and wellness of older adults through evidence‑based services Genuine interest in aged care and a passion for helping older adults live well Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and feedback Proactive approach to service and professional development Current driver’s license and access to a registered and insured motor vehicle Satisfactory National Criminal History Check for Aged Care less than 12 months old Benefits Regular supervision and mentoring Positive workplace culture with regular team meetings and in‑house upskilling Salary packaging up to $15,900 Professional development opportunities and funding Health services programs provided in various settings, including clinics and customer homes ACH Group's holistic approach to supporting good lives for older people Apply If you are passionate about enhancing the health and wellness of older adults and want to be part of a supportive and growing organisation, we encourage you to press ‘Apply’ now.
