La Mer Beachfront Apartments – Sunshine Beach QLD Job Type: Permanent | Full Time Job Description Lead hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance. Own daily performance metrics including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and cost control. Responsibilities Workforce planning: rosters, hiring, training, performance & WHS compliance. Revenue management with PMS/Channel Manager (e.g., Opera/Cloudbeds), rate & inventory strategy. Budgeting & reporting to ownership (weekly/monthly KPIs). Supplier management; coordinate preventatives & rectifications with Maintenance. Compliance oversight: RSA/Food Safety, audit readiness, cash controls, incident response. Handle escalations/complaints; be available for after‑hours decisions as needed. Qualifications 3–5+ years hotel operations leadership (Hotel/Assistant/Duty Manager level). Strong people leadership; proven record improving RevPAR, costs and guest reviews. Proficient with PMS/Channel Manager and OTA extranet management. Solid budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills (Excel or BI tools). Excellent communication and stakeholder management; calm under pressure.
