Based in Brisbane's Western Suburbs, this well regarded Electrical Contractor provides electrical lighting, power and telecommunications services to Tier 2 Builders, delivering a diverse range of technically challenging and exciting construction projects. Electrical Estimator New career opportunity for an Electrical Estimator who also enjoys being involved in the design and project delivery phase. You will bring experience in commercial and multi level residential construction projects, demonstrating a successful track record in the industry. Good technical aptitude, exceptional time management, strong computer and communication skills are all important to the success of the role. About You This opportunity requires the skillset of an experienced and confident, technically astute Electrical Estimator with construction experience. The ideal candidate for this role will be driven to succeed with confidence operating in an autonomous role while working within a team under the support of the Company Management. You will also bring the following relevant skills and qualifications: Experience in Electrical Estimating (commercial / multi-residential / industrial) Strong knowledge of Australian electrical codes & industry standards Proficiency in estimating and design software (SimPRO, Groundplan, Bluebeam / Adobe / MS Office; Revit/AutoCAD advantageous) Clear communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work autonomously when needed Trade Qualification or Electrical Engineering background highly regarded If you’re earlier in your estimating journey but show strong technical aptitude and ambition, you are also encouraged to apply.
