Executive Assistant to Deputy CEO Apply now to join Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, a firm with over 100 years of experience in creating justice and championing the under‑represented. The Deputy CEO will be based in our Melbourne CBD office Monday‑Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, confidential administrative support and project coordination while prioritising competing demands. Plan and coordinate meetings, prepare briefing materials and ensure the Deputy CEO is well‑informed for all decisions. Enable the Deputy CEO to focus on high‑impact priorities by managing workflows and anticipating needs. Act as a liaison, engaging confidently with stakeholders across the organisation and externally, maintaining strong professional relationships. Prepare, edit and distribute Board and Committee papers and associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor and update action items for executive meetings, ensuring follow‑up and completion of tasks. Draft, edit and distribute correspondence, documents and presentations as required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. About You Proven track record as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a complex environment. Exceptional organisational skills – ability to multi‑task, work independently, and coordinate people and projects in a future‑focused setting. Strong technical literacy – advanced Microsoft Suite skills and an interest in using AI and other advanced tools. Excellent communication skills – ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset – skilled at connecting the dots, solving problems and escalating when necessary.
