About the Role As a key leader within the AVS Commercialisation Team you will spearhead the Dairy and Horticulture portfolios, working collaboratively to deliver high‑value partnerships, commercialisation strategies and innovation pipelines that maximise public value. You will: Lead a small team of commercialisation professionals to deliver high‑impact outcomes. Develop and implement IP and commercialisation strategies for your portfolio. Negotiate and manage technology licences and R&D agreements with national and international partners. Drive stakeholder engagement, governance and risk management. Contribute to AVS investment projects and strategic initiatives. Represent AVS in forums and build strong industry and ecosystem relationships. About You You are a strategic thinker and skilled communicator with a strong commercial mindset. You bring: Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Science (mandatory). Desirable: IP Law, MBA/PhD, or qualifications in economic modelling/IP valuation. Proven experience in commercialisation, IP management and strategic leadership. Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership development skills. Deep understanding of public sector governance and risk frameworks.
