Clinical Specialist – Structural Heart provides expert clinical support, training, and guidance to healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide hands‑on assistance during structural heart procedures, ensuring proper device usage and troubleshooting technical challenges. Conduct workshops, in‑service training, and product demonstrations for physicians, nurses, and hospital staff. Offer real‑time guidance on device handling, deployment techniques, and post‑procedural care. Work closely with cardiologists, interventional specialists, and hospital teams to improve procedural efficiency and patient outcomes. Ensure adherence to FDA, CE, ISO guidelines and local healthcare regulations. Assist sales teams by addressing clinical concerns, supporting new product adoption, and gathering insights from end‑users. Monitor clinical results and provide feedback to improve device design and performance. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred). 3+ years in interventional cardiology, structural heart, or medical device clinical support. Strong understanding of structural heart procedures, catheter‑based interventions, and cardiac imaging. Excellent ability to train, collaborate, and present complex medical concepts to diverse audiences. Quick decision‑making skills, particularly in high‑pressure clinical environments. Willingness to travel to hospitals and training sites as needed. Full‑time, permanent position. LOCATION All locations across Australia & New Zealand (remote/field based role).
