Today, over 85,000 clinicians across 130+ healthcare organizations trust Nabla to support how they deliver care every day. We’re at the start of an ambitious journey: Ambient listening, dictation, coding, and command capabilities are all converging into a proactive assistant that intuitively streamlines clinical and financial workflows. This is a great time to join us About The Role We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about storytelling and content creation with a deep understanding of healthcare to join as our Content Marketing Specialist. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Nabla communicates its mission and products to the world by helping us tell a cohesive, engaging story across every channel. As a member of the Marketing team, you’ll work cross-functionally with our Sales and Customer Success teams to create content that educates, inspires, and drives action. From website copy and blog posts to sales enablement materials, email campaigns, and social media, this is a hands‑on, creative role where you’ll have a direct impact on how we connect with our audience. This is an exciting opportunity to join Nabla at a pivotal moment. We’re scaling fast and investing in our story and you’ll have the chance to help build the foundation of our content strategy, shape our brand voice, and make an immediate impact by helping clinicians and health systems understand how Nabla can transform their workflows. This role is remote and based on the East Coast, with a strong preference for candidates located in New York City. What You’ll Do Content Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with Nabla’s brand, business objectives, and target audience needs. Create and maintain a content roadmap and editorial calendar, ensuring consistent publishing across platforms and channels. Establish frameworks for how content should be structured, formatted, and organized to ensure consistency and scalability. Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to identify opportunities to best position Nabla’s products and expertise to clinicians, health systems, and C‑suite audiences. Content Creation & Execution Write and edit high‑quality, engaging, and persuasive content across multiple formats including blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts. Update and optimize existing content to meet new brand and SEO standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance. Create customer‑facing documentation and materials such as presentation decks, implementation guides, and product‑related collateral. Establish and maintain Nabla’s voice, tone, and style across all content channels, ensuring consistency and authenticity. Conduct content audits and maintain an up‑to‑date inventory to identify opportunities for re‑use and improvement. Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Enablement Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to create sales enablement materials that clearly articulate product value. Work with Customer Success to ensure all customer‑facing documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging. Collaborate with Growth and Communications teams on campaign concepts, messaging, and promotion strategies. Participate in internal planning meetings to align content with go‑to‑market initiatives and upcoming launches. Your DNA Experience & Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or a related communications role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. Proof of ability to create content frameworks, guidelines, and editorial standards that scale across teams. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates clarity, tone versatility, and the ability to tell complex stories simply. Experience conducting research, interviews, and content audits, and turning insights into actionable narratives. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams. Mindset A natural storyteller who can balance creativity with analytical thinking. Curious about healthcare, technology, and the human stories behind both. Detail‑oriented and organized, yet adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborative and communicative. You value feedback, partnership, and shared success. Life at Nabla When you become a part of our company, you join a team of excellence‑driven, curious, and genuinely kind individuals. Together, we're committed to making clinicians' lives easier and improving healthcare experiences for everyone. We come to work excited to leverage AI to do more for clinicians. We’re obsessed with our users’ satisfaction and we actively seek out opportunities to engage one‑on‑one with clinicians to understand how Nabla can better help. We consistently look for ways to improve and do not shy away from doing the work to excel. Whether it’s a feature our users asked for, or a new article for our blog, we prioritize collaboration to deliver exceptional outcomes. We love having fun as much as we love work.
