The Role We are seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a remote self-directed contract role ideal for an experienced marketer who wants flexibility while managing their own schedule. You will Develop implement and optimize social media campaigns that drive engagement leads and conversions. Place ads on social media platforms jobs boards and other media Collaborate with our team to create compelling content aligned with our brand voice. Interview potential clients as part of the lead qualification process. Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns to improve results. Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates. (Full training provided for those platforms and our systems) What We Are Looking For Resident of USA Canada Australia or New Zealand. 5 years of proven social media marketing experience. Strong knowledge of content strategy paid social campaigns and analytics. Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving ability. Self-motivated results-oriented and comfortable managing a remote workflow. Keen interest in the personal development or online coaching field is a plus.
