Social Media Manager – Product Launch Twine is seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to drive the successful launch of a new Polar Ice product in South Africa. This fully remote requires delivery by mid-December and focuses on building a compelling Instagram and Facebook presence while supporting the integration of a payment portal on the company website. Responsibilities Set up and optimise Instagram and Facebook business accounts for the new product. Integrate a payment portal into the company website to facilitate online transactions. Develop and implement a weekly schedule for boosting posts on social media platforms. Edit and enhance social media posts to maximise engagement and reach. Monitor and report on social media performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy. Collaborate with the founder to align content and campaigns with overall business objectives. Requirements Demonstrated experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts. Proficiency in integrating payment solutions on websites (e.g., PayFast, PayPal, or similar). Strong skills in social media content creation, editing, and scheduling. Ability to analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent written communication and attention to detail. Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Availability to deliver all tasks by mid-December. Prior experience supporting product launches or start‑ups is a plus.
