The role focuses on building and engaging an online audience for a growing company specializing in property management and vacation rentals in the Algarve, Portugal. The successful candidate will manage multiple social media channels, create compelling content, and foster community engagement to enhance the company’s digital presence. Deliverables Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts with daily posts and stories, primarily in English, and occasionally in Portuguese and French. Design visually appealing content using Canva Professional templates tailored to the brand and target audience. Develop and schedule weekly strategic posts for LinkedIn to highlight company updates and industry insights. Post in relevant Portuguese expat Facebook groups to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate directly with the CEO to validate content, align on strategy, and track performance metrics. Requirements Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, preferably within real estate or tourism sectors. Strong creative skills with proficiency in Canva Professional or similar design tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese and French is a plus. Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote, part‑time contract setting. Organized, dynamic, and detail‑oriented approach to content creation and community management. Experience engaging with online communities and posting in relevant groups to drive audience growth.
