The Role Due to strong client demand and continuous referrals, they’re investing in an additional Senior SEO Specialist to join the team in January. This is a pivotal role as the business enters its next phase of growth, with significant investment in your professional development, team capability, and innovation.You’ll work closely with senior peers, collaborate directly with leaders, and operate with autonomy across strategy, technical execution, and client communication. Responsibilities Manage SEO for 4–5 major clients at any given time Develop and deliver end-to-end SEO strategy Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers Keyword research, on-page, off-page and content optimisation Client communication, performance reporting and insights Work closely with the broader SEO/Paid/Dev teams Contribute to innovation, process improvement, and agency growth You You’re a hands-on, technical Senior SEO Specialist who thrives in a collaborative, low-ego environment. You enjoy solving complex challenges, working with big brands, and being part of a mature, expert team.
