What You’ll Do As an SEO Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our search campaigns – executing strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll take ownership of SEO initiatives, managing everything from strategy and technical optimisation to implementation and performance analysis. Your Day‑to‑day May Include Talking directly with clients to understand their goals and craft strategies that deliver results. Executing SEO campaigns through technical work, strategies, content briefing, and coordinating with other specialists such as content writers, off‑site, and PR. Researching keywords, competitors, and trends to uncover new growth opportunities. Optimising websites and crafting content strategies that align with SEO best practices. Presenting insights and results to clients, helping them understand the "why" behind every move. Working closely with your team – sharing ideas, learning, and supporting each other. Learning and growing every week through mentorship, workshops, our world‑class learning & development program, and feedback. Who You Are You’re Someone Who Thrives on continuous learning. Must Haves 1–2+ years (or equivalent experience) in an SEO role. Hands‑on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog). Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies. A creative mindset – you like to think outside of the box. Always looking for personal and professional progression.
