The Job: SEO Specialist Optimising is seeking the best and the brightest SEO Specialist to join our Search team in our Melbourne office (Currently on a 3/2 office/WFH roster). Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for our clients and be able to manage those relationships successfully. Manage all aspects of SEO projects, including kickoff, requirements analysis, development, testing and launch. Manage the ongoing requirements of the SEO Campaign, including link building, competitor analysis, outreach, and copywriting. Be skilled at compiling reporting, analytics and data analysis for clients. Stay up to date on all industry news. About you You have previous experience working for digital clients or as part of an organisation. You also have hands-on exposure to UX and design principles, as well as experience working with eCommerce platforms - i.e. Shopify. You have provided mentorship and leadership within a team environment. You have implemented technical SEO solutions and have worked hands-on with web development teams. You actively participate and have a keen interest in sharing industry knowledge. Ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional creative and branding solutions for our clients. The ability to establish and develop client relationships at all levels and manage expectations. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies. You have a genuine interest in generating and contributing ideas. High attention to detail and proven time management skills. Keen to learn new skills to further develop within the role. You stay curious about emerging technologies, with a growing interest in how AI tools can improve creative and strategic workflows. You have... At least 2 year of hands-on SEO experience Previous experience working with web analytics & paid search tools & systems Applied understanding and knowledge of web development, including eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, etc Proficient in the usual software tools (i.e. Google Suite, Google Analytics, Ahrefs...) You’ve started experimenting with AI tools and are interested in how they can improve your SEO/GEO and marketing work. Why work with us?
