SEO/AI Search Specialist

Base pay range A$65,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr What You’ll Do As an SEO/AI Search Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our search campaigns – executing strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll take ownership of SEO initiatives, managing everything from strategy and technical optimisation to implementation and performance analysis. Your Day-to-day Might Include Talking directly with clients to understand their goals and craft strategies that deliver results, without the bureaucracy of a traditional account manager. Executing SEO campaigns through technical work, strategies, content briefing, as well as coordinating with other specialists within StudioHawk such as content writers, offsite, PR. Researching keywords, competitors, and trends to uncover new growth opportunities. Optimising websites and crafting content strategies that align with SEO best practices. Presenting insights and results to clients, helping them understand the “why” behind every move. Working closely with your team – sharing ideas, learning, and supporting each other. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog). Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies. Salary & Compensation Base salary: AUD $65,000 to $80,000 + superannuation (depending on experience & technical ability) Bonus/performance incentives tied to client outcomes and workload.
