What The Role Actually Is You'll lead SEO strategy for mid-to-large brands who understand that organic visibility is about brand-building, not just traffic acquisition. You'll work across technical SEO, on-page, off-page, content strategy, and link-building through the lens of how discovery and search behaviour are fundamentally shifting. That said, this role is pure SEO play, without having to be hands-on with development work, copywriting, or digital PR. It’s pure SEO strategy at its finest. Who Are You? 4+ years deep in SEO , preferably in agency-land where you've juggled multiple clients without losing your mind You've run the full SEO stack : technical audits, on-page optimisation, off-page strategy, content development, link-building campaigns You manage projects like a strategist , not a chaos coordinator, with strong organisational skills that keep multiple balls in the air You can translate technical to human , whether that's briefing a content writer or explaining core web vitals to a stakeholder You stay current because you genuinely care about the craft, not because someone made you take a course You're equally comfortable working solo or leading others , initiative, problem-solving, and a "figure it out" mentality Why are they different?
