The Role As SEO Manager , you’ll own the organic strategy for a portfolio of global eCommerce brands. It’s part strategist, part consultant, perfect for someone who loves untangling complex SEO problems and translating them into business outcomes. Lead SEO strategy across multiple brands and product categories Conduct deep-dive technical and content audits, identifying scalable growth opportunities Present recommendations that influence both digital strategy and commercial decisions Collaborate with performance, marketplace, and content teams to align cross-channel impact Track and analyse performance, uncover insights, and share actionable recommendations Contribute to global SEO frameworks and knowledge-sharing across markets 3–5+ years’ experience in SEO (agency or in-house) Proven success managing enterprise or eCommerce websites Confident in technical SEO, site architecture, and international optimisation (hreflang, localisation, etc.) Curious about the intersection of SEO, marketplaces, and conversion Analytical and commercially minded — you connect rankings to revenue Collaborative communicator who can work across multiple markets and stakeholders Bonus: experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) or multilingual SEO Why You’ll Love It Scale – Global brands, enterprise challenges, and millions of monthly visitors Impact – Your strategy directly drives business growth, not vanity metrics Collaboration – Work alongside paid, marketplace, and analytics experts Flexibility – Hybrid setup across Sydney or Melbourne Growth – Clear progression into regional or global SEO leadership Innovation – Be part of a business actively exploring the future of search, AI, and eCommerce Think you need to be flawless to land your next role?
