What You’ll Do As an SEO Specialist, you’ll own SEO initiatives – from strategy and technical optimisation to implementation and performance analysis. Your Day-to-day Might Include Talking directly with clients to understand their goals and craft results‑driven strategies, without bureaucracy. Executing SEO campaigns through technical work, strategies, content briefing, and coordinating with other specialists. Researching keywords, competitors and trends to uncover new growth opportunities. Optimising websites and crafting content strategies that align with best practices. Presenting insights and results to clients, helping them understand the “why” behind every move. Working closely with your team – sharing ideas, learning and supporting each other. Learning and growing every week through mentorship, workshops and our learning & development program. Who You Are What matters most is your mindset. You’re Someone Who Thrives on continuous learning. Must Haves 1–2+ years (or equivalent experience) in an SEO role. Hands‑on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
