About You Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing or SEO agency setting, with a comprehensive focus on all aspects of SEO: technical, on-page, and off-page, content & strategy. Proven track record of managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organisational and project management skills. Expertise in conducting in-depth SEO audits (technical, on-page, and off-page) and performing regular SEO health checks to ensure optimal website performance. Proficiency in using key SEO tools and CMS platforms, including but not limited to Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Shopify, and WordPress. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies that increase organic search traffic and improve SERP rankings. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to developing, executing, and refining SEO strategies for a diverse range of clients. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives and deadlines. A proactive approach to professional development, with a commitment to staying informed about the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a problem-solving mindset. Experience in content strategy and optimisation, keyword research, and link-building campaigns.
