ASX Listed & For purpose | Company that really care about making a difference Join this amazing company culture & welcoming team | 6 Month Contract $65 - $75 Per Hour Base + Super | Rhodes Office | Full Time Overview We're looking for a forward-thinking GEO & SEO Manager to lead our next-gen search strategy - combining traditional SEO excellence with emerging AI-driven visibility across generative engines (Chat GPT, Gemini, Perplexity). Responsibilities Co-create strategy for earning visibility and citation within AI generated answers. Design, run and scale GEO & SEO programs that maximise both traditional and generative search performance. Collaborate across content, tech and data teams. Lead reporting and insights connecting AI-driven visibility metrics to the business ROI via leading technologies. Help build out tools, processes and playbooks that power our GEO / AI-driven results. What You Bring A strong foundation in SEO, including technical, on-page and content optimisation expertise. Experience or deep understanding of generative AI, answer engines and the mechanics of prompt-based search discovery. Proven ability to design and interpret GEO targeting strategies and localisation tactics. Confidence in working with data, analytics and experimentation frameworks to extract actionable insights.
