Check it out: Specifically, a Customer Engagement Campaign Manager not boxed in by job title Join our Marketing function and support the AMP Bank GO division, driving customer‑centric marketing strategies and lifecycle across Personal & Small Business segments. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of personalised, data‑driven campaigns leveraging advanced segmentation and Adobe Journey Optimiser to enhance engagement, retention, and loyalty. What matters Previous experience in Lifecycle/CLM Marketing, as well as experience defining, implementing, and optimising digital marketing strategies across channels Exposure to marketing programs delivered through Adobe suite (AEP/AJO) is a plus Relevant industry experience in Banking, with specific experience in personal and small business banking experience desirable Broad technical understanding of direct and digital marketing strategy, CX, channels and platforms, including email, social media, email marketing and in‑app notifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
