Specifically, a Product Manager – Proposition, not boxed in by job title This role will define key proposition experiences that allow AMP Bank GO to create differentiation for target customer segments, to create customer growth, usage and advocacy. You will develop deep customer insights per target segment to understand market dynamics and trends, and create thought leadership in proposition design that enables differentiation in market that aligns to the AMP Bank GO positioning and CVP. What matters Demonstrated experience in a proposition or segment role, with evidence of defining, building and running a customer‑centric proposition Experience in a challenger brand strongly preferred Strong experience in defining and managing third‑party relationships to achieve a range of customer, financial and team objectives Experience in a banking or similarly regulated financial services industry Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with strong focus on cross‑functional leadership and agile ways of working Imagine the lovechild of a fintech startup and a big four Agile and hands on meets established and fully resourced.
