About the role As our Senior Portfolio & Proposition Manager , you’ll lead the way in designing and delivering customer-led propositions that drive growth and retention in the corporate space. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Proposition & Portfolio, this role is all about blending strategy, innovation, and customer experience to make a real impact. You’ll: Develop and execute 3–5-year portfolio strategies informed by deep customer and market insights. Design compelling propositions for B2B and B2C customers, leveraging Medibank and ahm capabilities. Champion the voice of the customer, embedding insights into every stage of the lifecycle. Oversee pricing strategies and regulatory responses to ensure sustainability and margin protection. Identify emerging market opportunities and turn them into actionable growth initiatives. What you’ll bring At least 5 years’ experience in product strategy or portfolio management, with a track record of driving growth. Advanced skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and commercial acumen. Strong analytical capability and experience presenting complex business cases to senior leaders. Expertise in product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and customer-led design. A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across diverse teams.
