Reporting to the Head of Health Propositions, the Health Proposition lead is responsible for leading a cross‑function team accountable for designing and developing new health propositions that support customers to get well and stay well, while improving navigation and integration for seamless experiences. Leading a diverse team of customer experience and design roles, and commercial proposition managers with clinical experience, this role is critical to the strategic and sustainable scaling of new propositions and the successful delivery of Connected Care’s broader agenda. The Health Squad lead is responsible for providing operational leadership for the health proposition squad working in collaboration with the clinical innovation team on the customer experience, design across the pipeline of new health care propositions, and work closely with commercial stakeholders to ensure progress of proposition aligns with the customer growth and funding outcomes of the key markets/business units/areas. What You’ll Be Doing Own the product roadmap and backlog for new and emerging health propositions. Lead a high‑performing cross‑functional squad, fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and delivery excellence. Drive discovery and delivery: conduct problem framing, synthesise insights, test value propositions, and define the MVP through rapid iteration. Translate strategy into digital experiences by defining customer journeys, data flows, service blueprints and product requirements. Collaborate with technology, clinical and commercial partners to ensure propositions meet customer, risk, quality, and regulatory requirements. Balance customer desirability, clinical viability, operational feasibility and commercial sustainability when prioritising work. Champion customer‑centricity and design‑led thinking, embedding digital product practices across Connected Care. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Lead, or similar, with accountability for delivering digital products or platforms end‑to‑end. Experience working within an agile, cross‑functional team and applying modern product practices (lean, discovery, experimentation, hypothesis‑driven delivery, MVP iteration). A background in healthcare, digital health, insurance, or another complex service environment (preferred but not essential). Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, set clear priorities, and inspire a squad to deliver high‑impact customer and business outcomes. Strength in customer‑centric design, service design, and translating insights into digital product requirements. Ability to work across clinical, commercial, design, technology and operational stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and aligning diverse inputs. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, decisions, technical trade‑offs, and next steps clearly.
