Position Overview AMP invites an experienced Configuration Manager to maintain and enhance our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role ensures accurate visibility of IT assets, relationships, and dependencies, supports IT service management processes, and drives automation and process improvements that benefit stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities Maintain and improve the CMDB, including data quality, integrity, and governance. Collaborate with technology and business units to align CMDB capabilities with organizational needs. Implement and support ServiceNow Discovery, integrations, and data ingestion workflows. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as CPS230 and other governance standards. Develop and execute automation and AI/ML‑driven solutions to increase CMDB efficiency. Act as a CMDB subject‑matter expert for incident, problem, and change management processes. Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams. Qualifications Technical Skills Minimum 3+ years managing CMDBs, preferably within ServiceNow. Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes. Experience with Azure and AWS environments for hybrid configuration data. Data governance expertise and ability to enforce compliance (e.g., CPS230). Analytical and troubleshooting proficiency in resolving CMDB issues. Knowledge of AI/ML‑driven automation and process improvement best practices. Soft Skills Stakeholder engagement and requirement translation into business value. Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and reporting. Customer‑centric mindset and service orientation. Adaptability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
