A blank canvas and sanctuary of lagoon sands and lush grounds, paving the way for unique event spaces bursting with that inimitable “wow” factor all inspired by the vibrancy of Sanctuary Cove.At InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort we are looking for Director of Banqueting Operation to leadour Banquet & Events Team.Manage the Banquet operation to ensure the achievement of established food and beverage quality and guest service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goals.Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.The moment a guest arrives at one of our events, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience.
