NSW Health Shellharbour, New South Wales, Australia Vulnerable Persons Clinician Salary: $39.01 - $67.15 per hour + 12% super & salary packaging Employment type: Permanent Part Time 32 hours per week Location: Shellharbour Hospital Position code: REQ | Grade: Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist Level 3, Psychologist, Social Worker Level 3 Application close: 1 December 2025 Overview In line with the Premiers Priorities the role will work to develop processes and provide intervention for Homelessness, Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence, all of which will be impacted by COVID-19. This position has a specific focus on mental health consumers with complex care needs and will work in close collaboration with the Department of Communities and Justice, NGOs and General Practitioners. As a senior clinician the role will provide leadership, mentorship and supervision, to ensure the delivery of evidence‑based, strengths‑focused, recovery‑oriented assessment and treatment within a multi‑disciplinary team, and in collaboration with external partners for consumers of the mental health service. Carry a clinical caseload, appropriate to the needs of the service. Align professional conduct with those of the NSW Health CORE Values.
