What You'll Do Lead sales growth across showroom, trade, and renovation projects. Protect margins through smart quoting, pricing, and upselling. Deliver targeted marketing campaigns and in-store promotions that attract profitable customers. Coach and inspire a small team to take initiative, solve problems, and deliver outstanding service. Oversee daily store operations, stock, and workflow — ensuring everything runs smoothly. Be the link and main support to the business owner. What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales leadership (ideally retail, building, trade, or renovations). Minimum 3+ years of sales leadership experience required. Building or trade industry experience is required. Commercially sharp— you understand margins, targets, and how to make sales pay. Business savvy— you know how to work smarter not harder. People leader who coaches, motivates, and builds accountable teams. Minimum 3+ years of team management experience required. Career driven — someone who wants responsibility, growth, and challenge.
