Leading Manufacturer Maintenance Supervisor – Leading Food Manufacturer | Brisbane Full-Time | Permanent | $130,000 + super + overtime Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career with a leading national food manufacturer? The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of skilled maintenance fitters and electricians to ensure smooth plant operations. You’ll play a key role in coordinating breakdown responses, preventative maintenance schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production reliability. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of maintenance tradespeople across mechanical and electrical disciplines Coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise production efficiency Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance plans Drive continuous improvement projects across reliability, safety, and equipment performance Ensure compliance with all WHS, quality, and food safety standards Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement plant upgrades and process improvements About You Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Fitting (Cert III or higher) Proven leadership or supervisory experience within Manufacturing – food not mandatory Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Excellent communication and team leadership abilities What’s on Offer Join a respected national food brand with a strong growth pipeline Supportive leadership team and opportunities for career development Attractive salary package and stability within a well-established business If you are interested in this position please call Joe Keogh at Blackbook Executive on ************ for a confidential chat #J-18808-Ljbffr
