Recruitment Consultant @ Amida Group | Cert RR, Recruiting Great opportunity to work with a market‑leading remedial contractor rapidly expanding and delivering exciting projects. A market‑leading remedial contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, our client is now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing business. You’ll be working on projects worth $1m - $15m and have experience with delivering safe, high‑quality and on‑time projects from conversion through to hand‑over, finalisation and review, providing a high‑quality service that will ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. As Site Supervisor, you will be part of a strong project team with a Project Manager and Project Coordinator supporting you as well as senior management oversight. Remedial experience is desired, but not essential. Responsibilities Conduct onsite HSE and quality inductions with all onsite staff/subcontractors Review and manage key project issues Liaise with statutory bodies ensuring all relevant notifications are made Ensure site compound and amenities are established and maintained Organise all site inspections with clients, authorities and consultants Assist Project Manager with preparing scopes of work Understand head and subcontractor contracts, especially in relation to timeframes Produce and manage defect lists for subcontractors prior to finishing works Qualifications and Requirements Trade or building related qualification Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in site supervision of construction projects including planning, programming and management of onsite staff/subcontractors Construction Safety Induction (White) card Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards relating to building sites Proven ability to lead and motivate subcontractors Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications This is a permanent full‑time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation that offers challenging work and the potential for career progression.
