About the Role We are seeking an experienced, professional, and friendly Practice Manager to join our close‑knit team at Myhealth Forest Lake on a full‑time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their general practice career, or for an experienced Practice Manager looking for a fresh challenge. As a Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence while creating a supportive, team‑driven environment. You'll have the chance to grow your career in a dynamic, forward‑thinking practice that places strong emphasis on personal development and ongoing training. A Day In The Life Collaborating with lead doctors to ensure smooth operational workflows Overseeing the day‑to‑day practice operations with a focus on quality care Facilitating inductions and in‑house training sessions for new staff Managing the diary scheduling system with the Clinical Team, including waitlist management and patient appointment coordination Providing solution‑focused management to clinic operations and doctor queries Leading a team with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and patient care What we're looking for: Experience in GP medical reception or practice management Confident in taking on leadership and senior administrative roles Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Experience in managing nursing and administration staff is preferred but not essential Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills A positive, can‑do attitude with a passion for enhancing patient experiences and practice operations What you’ll get from us: Discounted Private Health Insurance Exclusive discounts on gym memberships Relocation assistance through Myhealth on the Move (available to current employees) Ongoing training and development A supportive and collaborative team environment STI Bonus Incentive available Please submit your Resume and Cover Letter along with your application, outlining why you think you'd be the best fit Curious to learn more about Myhealth?
